I was honored to receive the IEEE PES John W. Estey Outstanding Scholar Award in Fall 2018. I received an IEEE Power and Energy Society Scholarship in 2017 and 2018, which honors and supports undergraduate students who are pursuing specializations in power fields, and interested in pursuing careers in the industry. This scholarship has supported me in getting deeper into the power field, and helped encourage me to go to grad school. I am very grateful to Dr. Kezunovic as the IEEE PES scholarship sponsor at Texas A&M. I am also grateful to Dr. Davis and Dr. Overbye for their support of my research in power.
